Takumi will be employing an additional 60 people across a variety of roles and doubling our turnover to €20m over the next four years. Our team will receive the training and support to become masters of their craft. Whether it’s a role in engineering, toolmaking, design, business development, quality, office admin or management, the same principle applies – excellence is our ethos.
We’re a friendly bunch and take time to play as hard as we work. We have an active sports & social calendar of events and take a keen interest in community events and activities.

Apprenticeships
Learning is important to us, as is sharing our knowledge, so we make time to nurture our affiliations with third-level educational institutions including UL and LIT. In coordination with Skills Mid-West we also work with SOLAS, the Higher Education Authority and the Dept of Education and Skills to develop our apprenticeship programmes, which acknowledge the importance of developing practical skills and the mentorship required to hone those skills into a craft.
